The more options or decisions a player has to make – the slower their decision making will be!!
Attackers
By practicing your feints, shoulder drops and fakes you will buy yourself more time as it causes defenders problems in trying to guess which way you are going! Vary your favourite move by mixing it in with others.
Defenders
Your way around Hinks’ Law is to focus on one part of the Attacking player’s body around the stomach area. As the player makes his / her decision their HIPS will move first helping you with which way to go! Also look out for the same players favouring the same move.
